Since some three weeks the first tracks from Swiss music project Mirana had been released. The duo, consisting of Geneva-ean vocalist Mirana and composer and multi-instrumentalist Anthony Hammer, is deeply enrooted in the still existing influence of the glam and pop of the 80′s. Smooth beats combined with cool synth lines and melodic vocals make Mirana to a diamond, that I’m glad to have stumbled upon.
The release dates for the next two single releases are marked with “soon” and I also hope their debut album follows shortly after.
